Financing
Roof Financing in Evansville, IN
A new roof is a major investment. Financing turns that investment into a manageable monthly payment. We work with Slice by FNBO to offer flexible terms with quick approval, no dealer fees, and the option to pay off the balance early at any time.
Three programs through Slice by FNBO.
12 Months Same As Cash.
Pay the full project cost within 12 months and pay zero interest. The right option for homeowners who plan to pay off the project during the calendar year (insurance proceeds, tax refund, year-end bonus, savings account).
Fixed-Rate Plans, 5 to 20 Years.
Spread the project cost over a fixed-rate monthly payment term ranging from 5 years to 20 years. Predictable monthly payment, no balloon payment, no rate adjustments. The right option for homeowners who want a long-term payment without surprises.
90-Day Deferred Payment.
Start the project now, defer the first payment for 90 days. Useful when project timing and cash flow are out of sync — start the roof, defer the first bill until insurance reimbursement, end-of-quarter income, or another expected cash event.
All three programs are underwritten by First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) through their Slice consumer financing platform.
Quick approval, no dealer fee.
Application is online or by phone through Slice. We can walk you through the application during your free inspection, or you can apply on your own time before scheduling work. Most decisions return within minutes.
There is no dealer fee on Slice financing. The project cost you see is the project cost you finance. The financing program does not add anything to the price of your roof.
If you decide not to use financing, the project price is the same as if you paid out of pocket. We do not penalize cash payment.
What financing covers.
Slice by FNBO financing is available for any HomeVenture project, including:
- •Full roof replacement
- •Roof repair (for larger repair scopes that benefit from financing)
- •Gutter replacement
- •Siding replacement
- •Any combination of services bundled into a single project scope
Smaller repairs are typically paid out of pocket rather than financed, but financing is available for any project where the homeowner prefers it.
Frequently asked questions
Does HomeVenture make money from the financing?
No. We do not receive dealer fees or kickbacks on Slice financing. The financing program adds zero to the project cost. We use Slice because it offers competitive rates and quick approval, not because it benefits us.
What credit score do I need to qualify?
Slice does not publish a hard minimum. Most homeowners with reasonable credit history qualify. The exact decision depends on your credit profile, income, and project amount. The application returns a decision within minutes.
Can I pay off the balance early?
Yes. All Slice programs allow early payoff without prepayment penalties. If your situation changes and you can pay off the balance, do it. No fees for doing so.
What if I have a HomeVenture insurance claim and want to finance the deductible?
Common scenario. Many homeowners finance the insurance deductible (often $1,000 to $5,000) through Slice so they do not have to come out of pocket while the insurance claim processes. We coordinate the project timeline with your insurance reimbursement schedule.
Do you offer financing for the HealthyRoof Program renewal?
The HealthyRoof Program annual renewal is typically small enough that financing is not needed. Most customers pay out of pocket at renewal. If you have a multi-year renewal that exceeds the typical annual cost, financing is available.
Is the financing decision separate from the inspection?
Yes. The free inspection happens regardless of financing decisions. You see the inspection report, the proposed scope, and the project price first. Financing is offered as an option, not a requirement.
Where we work
Financing is available for HomeVenture projects throughout our service area: Evansville and the surrounding 45-minute radius, including Newburgh IN, Henderson KY, Owensboro KY, and the surrounding communities.
Ready to schedule a free inspection?
The inspection comes first. The financing conversation comes after, only if you decide to move forward with a project and want to spread the cost.
