A new roof is an investment. Most homeowners do not think about it again until something fails. HealthyRoof is the maintenance program that catches small issues before they become major problems, on a documented schedule.
Included with every new HomeVenture roof.
Every HomeVenture replacement comes with the first year of HealthyRoof included at no additional cost. That year covers:

A full annual inspection. Same standards as the free inspection we offer to any homeowner, applied to your specific roof one year after installation. Shingle field, every penetration, every flashing component, every valley, and an attic check.

A gutter check. Visual inspection of your gutter system, debris removal if needed, and a written report on any issues found.
- •
Priority scheduling for storm response. If a major storm hits during the year, HealthyRoof customers move to the front of our inspection queue.
- •
A documented inspection report. Photo report and written findings added to the project file you received at closeout.
The first year is included because we want to verify the work after a full year of weather exposure. Most workmanship issues that surface on a new roof show up in the first three to five years. Catching them in year one is the difference between a quick fix and a warranty dispute.
Additional years available for purchase.
After the first included year, HealthyRoof can be extended on an annual or multi-year basis. The program does the same thing every year: documented inspection, gutter check, priority storm scheduling, photo report added to your project file.

They live in a high-storm area and value priority scheduling when weather hits.
They want one less thing to remember. Annual maintenance happens on a schedule we manage, not a calendar reminder they forget about.
Pricing for additional years is provided directly during your year-one renewal conversation. Pricing is tied to roof size and complexity, not to a flat subscription fee.
The cost of catching nothing.
Most roof failures are preventable. Adhesive strips that did not seal. Pipe boots starting to crack in year seven. Flashing loosened by a freeze-thaw cycle. Granule loss starting at a vulnerable section. Each of these is a small issue caught in an inspection and a major repair if it goes unnoticed.
A new HomeVenture roof is built to last. The HealthyRoof Program is the system that makes sure it actually does. The annual inspection also produces documentation. If you ever need to file an insurance claim, sell your home, or invoke a manufacturer warranty, the HealthyRoof record shows the condition of your roof year over year. That documentation supports the claim in ways that "I think it has been fine" cannot.
How HealthyRoof reinforces the RockSolid Guarantee.
The HealthyRoof Program supports several of the seven RockSolid Roof Guarantee commitments:

The 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty. Annual HealthyRoof inspections document workmanship year over year, which strengthens any warranty claim and supports the warranty transfer when you sell.

The No Blame Game Guarantee. Material defects caught early in a HealthyRoof inspection are easier to resolve under the manufacturer's warranty period.

The Free Post-Storm Inspection. HealthyRoof customers get priority scheduling for this guarantee, alongside the standard offer available to any homeowner.
The HealthyRoof Program does not replace the RockSolid Guarantee. It reinforces it.

How much does HealthyRoof cost after the first year?
Pricing depends on roof size, complexity, and the specific scope you want. We confirm pricing during your year-one renewal conversation. There is no obligation to renew.
What does the annual inspection cover?
Same scope as our free inspection: full exterior roof walk, every penetration and flashing component, every valley, gutter check, and an attic inspection when access is available. Photo documentation throughout, written findings, added to your project file.
Does HealthyRoof include any repair work?
HealthyRoof is inspection-focused, not a maintenance-and-repair subscription. If an inspection finds something that needs work, we provide a written scope and price for the repair separately. Any work covered by your existing RockSolid Guarantee (workmanship issues, leak-free assurance, etc.) is handled under that guarantee, not as paid repair work.
Does HealthyRoof transfer when I sell my home?
HealthyRoof itself is a year-by-year program tied to the homeowner, not the property. The 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty (separate from HealthyRoof) transfers to the next homeowner. The new homeowner can choose to enroll in HealthyRoof going forward if they want continued coverage.
What if I bought a home with a HomeVenture roof but I'm not the original homeowner?
You can enroll in HealthyRoof at any time, regardless of who installed the roof. The first-year-included is part of the original installation contract, but the program itself is available to any homeowner in our service area.
What happens if HealthyRoof catches a workmanship issue?
If the inspection identifies a workmanship issue covered under your 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty, we repair it under that guarantee at no cost to you. HealthyRoof becomes the early-warning system that triggers the warranty before the issue becomes a leak.
Can I cancel HealthyRoof after enrolling in year two or later?
Yes. HealthyRoof renews annually. There is no long-term contract. If you decide not to renew in a given year, the program ends at the end of that year's coverage period.
