We publish every guarantee in writing, on this page and inside your contract, for one reason: a guarantee is only as strong as the paper it's written on. If we won't put a number, a timeline, and a dollar figure on a promise, it isn't really a promise. It's marketing.

Guarantee 1: No Blame Game Guarantee1
What it covers.
If a material defect creates a leak and the manufacturer refuses to honor their material warranty, we step in. We stop the leak. We then pursue the manufacturer's warranty claim on your behalf for up to 12 months. If the manufacturer does not resolve the claim within 12 months, HomeVenture Roofing assumes responsibility for resolving the issue under the terms in your signed contract.
Coverage duration.
Valid for the duration of the manufacturer's non-prorated material warranty.
How to claim it.
If your roof develops a leak, call or text 812-461-1887. We do not start a finger-pointing conversation between you and the manufacturer. We stop the leak and then figure out the warranty claim afterward.
Why this guarantee exists.
Material defect claims are where roofing relationships go to die. A shingle fails, the manufacturer points at the installer, the installer points at the manufacturer, the homeowner sits in the middle while water keeps coming through the ceiling. This guarantee exists because we refuse to put a customer through that conversation. You get the leak stopped. We deal with the manufacturer.
Guarantee 2: Nail-Free Property Guarantee2
What it covers.
If you find more than 20 roofing nails on your property within 30 days of project completion, we send you a $500 check.
Coverage window.
30 days from project closeout. The window covers the time most homeowners need to do several mowing cycles and walk the property thoroughly. Nails found beyond the 30-day window are harder to credibly attribute to our install (other home projects can introduce nails), so the guarantee window closes after 30 days.
How we keep nails off your property.
Mesh tarps over landscaping and grass before tear-off begins. A debris management system around the roofline perimeter to catch falling material before it ever hits the ground. Commercial-grade magnetic nail rollers across the entire work zone before we close out the project, not the consumer magnets sold at big-box stores.
How to claim it.
If you find more than 20 nails on your property within 30 days of project completion, document them with photos, send the photos to us, and we will issue a $500 check.
Why this guarantee exists.
Nails left in a yard end up in tires, lawnmowers, and bare feet. Some roofers consider a nail problem to be the homeowner's problem the moment they pack up the trailer. We do not. The 20-nail threshold and the 30-day window are the lines we hold ourselves to and back with a check.
Guarantee 3: 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty3
What it covers.
Our workmanship is covered for 10 years. If something we installed fails due to how it was installed, not due to the material itself, we fix it at no cost to you. The warranty transfers to the next homeowner if you sell.
What "transferable" means.
When you sell the house, the next homeowner gets the remaining workmanship coverage. Transfer is subject to a reinspection, a transfer fee, and notification to HomeVenture Roofing within 60 days of the sale.
Why this matters when you sell.
Most roofers offer a 5-year workmanship warranty that ends the day you sell. HomeVenture's 10-year transferable warranty does something different. When you list your home, the remaining workmanship coverage becomes a closing asset your real estate agent can include in the listing. The new buyer inherits documented installation records, photo documentation, and protection against workmanship issues for the balance of the coverage period. The roof stops being a depreciating expense and becomes part of why the next buyer feels confident in your home. The transfer terms above (reinspection, transfer fee, 60-day notification) apply. We make the process simple at closing.

Most workmanship issues that surface on a roof show up in the first three to five years. By covering workmanship for 10 years, we are committing to a coverage window that extends well past the point where any normal install problem would have already appeared. The transferability matters when you sell. A buyer who sees a transferable workmanship warranty on the roof has fewer reasons to negotiate the price down.
Guarantee 4: Leak-Free Assurance4
What it covers.
If your roof leaks within 12 months of installation under normal conditions due to material defects or workmanship, we repair the leak at no cost, we cover interior damage caused by the leak, and we pay you $500.
What "normal conditions" excludes.
Extreme weather events outside the manufacturer's wind, hail, or impact rating. Work performed by other trades on your roof after our project (skylights, solar, satellite mounts installed by anyone other than HomeVenture). Pre-existing issues that were disclosed before the project began.
How to claim it.
If your roof leaks within 12 months of installation, call or text 812-461-1887. We come out, we repair the leak at no cost, we handle interior damage caused by the leak, and we send you a $500 check.
Why this guarantee exists.
A roof exists to keep water out. If a roof we installed leaks within the first 12 months under normal conditions, the right move is to take responsibility and fix it. The $500 check is the part most roofers will not match. It is there because a leak in a brand-new roof costs you more than the patch. It costs you trust, time, and inconvenience. The $500 is our acknowledgment of that cost.
Guarantee 5: Best Value Guarantee5
What it covers.
Within 30 days of signing your contract, if you receive a written proposal from a properly insured contractor with documented certifications that includes the same or better warranties, installation process, insurance, materials, and certified labor at a lower price, HomeVenture Roofing will match their price on the comparable roofing system and issue you a $500 check on top of the price match.
What "comparable" means.
Same or better warranties. Same or better installation process. Same or better insurance and certifications. Same or better materials. Same or better certified labor. A reduced or altered scope does not qualify. A truly comparable system or it doesn't count.
How to claim it.
Within 30 days of signing your contract, send us the competing written proposal. We verify the contractor is properly insured with documented certifications and the scope is truly comparable, then issue the price match and the $500 check.
Why this guarantee exists.
Our position is straightforward. We are not the cheapest roofer. We are not trying to be. Every step of our process, every guarantee on this page, every certification on our wall costs money to deliver, and that cost is in our price. If a competitor can deliver the same system at a lower price, we want to know about it. So far, the bids that come in lower have all dropped something out of the system to get there. That's the part this guarantee is designed to catch.
Guarantee 6: Free Post-Storm Inspection6
What it covers.
If a major storm hits the area, you call us and we come out for a free inspection of your roof. We document any damage we find and walk you through exactly where you stand.
Availability.
Available upon request, every time the weather rolls through. There is no event trigger you have to meet first. If you are worried about your roof after a storm, you call.

Why this guarantee exists.
Storm chasers knock on doors after every major weather event in the Tri-State. Some are reputable. Many are not. We want our customers to have a trusted roofer to call before anyone has a chance to knock on the door uninvited. The Free Post-Storm Inspection makes sure the first roofer on your roof after a storm is one you already know.
Guarantee 7: Manufacturer-Backed Material Warranty7
What it covers.
We install every component on your roof to manufacturer specification so that your manufacturer's material warranty remains fully valid for its full duration. The material warranty itself is issued directly by the manufacturer.
What this depends on.
Manufacturer warranties are conditional. They depend on the shingle being installed with the correct nailing pattern, the correct starter strips, the correct exposure, the correct accessories. Install it wrong and the manufacturer voids the warranty before the roof is even finished. We install it right so the warranty actually pays out if you ever need it.
How to claim it.
Manufacturer warranty claims are filed with the manufacturer directly, using the documentation HomeVenture provides at project closeout (Step 14 of our process). If the manufacturer's warranty department gives you trouble, our No Blame Game Guarantee kicks in.
Why this guarantee exists.
A manufacturer warranty looks impressive on a brochure. It is worth exactly nothing if the roof was installed in a way that voids it. This guarantee is our commitment that the install is done in a way that keeps the manufacturer warranty alive, not the kind of half-spec install that gives manufacturers an easy out when a claim comes in.

How to use your guarantees.
You do not have to know which guarantee applies. If anything is wrong with your roof or the project, you call or text 812-461-1887. We figure out which guarantee covers it and take the next step. If more than one guarantee applies (for example, a leak that involves a manufacturer defect), we apply all of them.
Every HomeVenture customer receives a complete project file at closeout (Step 15 of our process) that includes the signed contract with the full guarantee terms, photo documentation of the install, material specs, and the manufacturer warranty paperwork. Keep this file. It is your record for the life of the roof.
Your first year of HealthyRoof — our annual maintenance and inspection program — is included with every replacement at no additional cost.
Frequently asked questions.
Are these guarantees in the contract or only on this page?
Both. The page is the plain-language version. The full guarantee terms and conditions are detailed in your signed HomeVenture Roofing contract. The contract governs in the event of any dispute.
Why is the workmanship warranty only 10 years and not lifetime?
Lifetime warranties in roofing usually have so many exclusions and depreciation clauses that the "lifetime" language is closer to marketing than coverage. A 10-year transferable warranty with clear terms pays out more reliably than a lifetime warranty with fine print that voids itself. We would rather promise less and deliver it than promise more and weasel out.
What if my roof has a problem after the 12-month Leak-Free Assurance window closes?
The 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty kicks in for workmanship issues, and the manufacturer's material warranty (backed by our No Blame Game Guarantee) covers material defects. You are not uncovered after month 13. The Leak-Free Assurance is the first-year extra layer on top of the longer warranties.
Do the guarantees cover storm damage?
The Free Post-Storm Inspection covers a free inspection and documentation after a storm. If the storm caused damage covered by your homeowner's insurance, the inspection report supports your claim. The guarantees do not cover storm damage itself, since that is a homeowner's insurance event, not an installation issue.
Are the guarantees transferable if I sell the house?
The 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty transfers to the next homeowner, subject to reinspection, a transfer fee, and notification within 60 days of sale. The other guarantees apply to the original homeowner who signed the contract.

These guarantees are offered under the written terms of your signed HomeVenture Roofing contract. The summary below covers the key conditions. Your signed contract governs in all cases.
- No Blame Game Guarantee. Applies to a manufacturer material defect that causes a leak. We stop the leak and pursue the manufacturer's warranty claim on your behalf for up to 12 months. If the manufacturer does not resolve the claim within 12 months, HomeVenture assumes responsibility for resolving the issue under the signed contract terms. Valid for the duration of the manufacturer's non-prorated material warranty.
- Nail-Free Property Guarantee. If more than 20 roofing nails from our project are found on your property within 30 days of project completion, documented with photos, HomeVenture sends a $500 check. One claim per project. The 30-day window applies because nails found later cannot be reliably attributed to our installation.
- 10-Year Transferable Workmanship Warranty. Covers installation workmanship for 10 years from the date of final payment. Transferable once to the next homeowner, subject to: (a) a reinspection by an authorized HomeVenture representative that meets all warranty conditions, (b) a transfer fee paid by the new homeowner, and (c) notification to HomeVenture within 60 days of the change in ownership. Covers workmanship failures, not material defects (see manufacturer material warranty).
- Leak-Free Assurance. If your roof leaks within 12 months of project completion under normal conditions, due to material defects or workmanship, we repair the leak at no cost, cover interior damage caused by the leak, and pay you $500. Excludes damage from extreme weather events (such as tornadoes, hurricanes, ice damming), work performed by other trades after our project, and roofs with pre-existing issues disclosed before the project began.
- Best Value Guarantee. Within 30 days of signing your contract, if you provide a written proposal from a properly insured contractor with documented certifications offering the same or better warranties, materials, installation process, insurance, and certified labor at a lower price, we match the price and issue a $500 check. A reduced or altered scope does not qualify. Documentation of the competing written proposal must be provided for verification.
- Free Post-Storm Inspection. Available upon request after a storm event. We inspect your roof for storm-related damage and document findings. This is an inspection service; it does not guarantee insurance approval or cover repair costs outside other applicable guarantees.
- Manufacturer-Backed Material Warranty. The material warranty is issued directly by the manufacturer, not by HomeVenture. HomeVenture installs all components to manufacturer specification to keep the material warranty valid. Material warranty coverage, duration, and registration requirements are governed by the manufacturer's written terms.
