We run our own first-party analytics on this site. During a transition period we also load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, TraceMyIP, and a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel; we are retiring the third-party analytics tools and will update this page when that is complete. Our first-party analytics never records what you type into forms. If IP-based location is enabled, raw IP addresses are deleted after 90 days.

When you browse hv-roof.com our first-party analytics records:

• the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and how far you scroll
• clicks on links, buttons, phone numbers, and forms
• your IP address, and the approximate city and internet provider it points to
• your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone
• the website, search, or ad that brought you here

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, TraceMyIP, and a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel are present on this site. These tools help us understand which ads and pages bring people to us. They operate under their own privacy policies.

When you submit an inspection request or contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, property address, and message you provide. We use that information to respond to you, schedule your inspection, and keep a record of the work we do.

Raw IP addresses are automatically erased after 90 days. Page and interaction records are kept without a direct identifier so we can see long-term trends. Customer and inspection records are kept as part of our normal business files.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email, and hosting providers, and when the law requires it.

Most browsers let you block cookies or browse privately, which limits what we can record. You can also ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it.
